Affinity Water and OCU Group

OCU Group were awarded a place on the Affinity Water Special Projects Framework, a landmark achievement for OCU’s water sector business, marking our first framework appointment of this scale for large reinforced concrete water-retaining structures.

As delivery partner, OCU has successfully designed and built two 20-megalitre structures pioneering the use of innovative offsite modular construction methods not previously used by Affinity Water’s contractors. Precast panels were manufactured off-site and delivered “just in time”, drawing inspiration from the automotive industry’s lean supply chain model to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and accelerate delivery.

Flow Automated Intelligence in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services for SPEN

As part of their digitalisation roadmap Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) needed to digitise 450,000 critical land-rights records locked in paper archives across eight sites in Wales and Scotland, they turned to Flow AI and TCS.

By uniting Flow AI’s end-to-end capture workflows, mid-term Hub storage, and Asset Tracker chain-of-custody with TCS’s 160-strong offshore indexing team and Geographic Information System (GIS) vectorisation expertise, we transformed SPEN’s document puzzle into a seamless, digital solution. At Flow AI, we harness the power of partnership to guide utilities through fast, scalable digital transformation.
